The medium head is way too soft. Your teeth aren't clean afterwards. I take a medium in most brands, so why not this make?

I am finding single bristles are coming out of the brush when I am using it?

While the head is on the toothbrush is really great but the toothbrush heads do not fit on properly and therefore occasionally fall off. I was promised a returns label when I initially made contact about sending it back for a very different reason but decided to keep it so I’m worried not only would I pay to send it back but I may never see a refund. If the head stays on it’s a great product.
