Awful service

I haven’t received the goods!

Wrong heads sent, no reply to emails.

I was careful to specify the exact model of the brush head that I need when ordering but still I was sent the wrong ones. I have emailed Fayet twice bit have received no reply - very poor service.

Sustainability brand behaving unsustainably

Needed new toothbrush heads. Packs of 3 & 5 showing as ‘Sold out’ on the website so minimum order of 8. Which is about 2-3 years of toothbrush heads. Arrived individually wrapped. So literally forced me to buy a lot more than I needed to in a very incessant way. Any eco credits this business had, evaporated.
